Seamless Aluminium Domestic Gutters
Seamless gutters are roll formed on site in continuous lengths, through our gutter machines housed in mobile factory units.
All gutter installations are guaranteed for 20 years against rust and pealing of paint and we give a 5 year guarantee on our workmanship.
The standard range of seamless gutters include 85mm x 125mm domestic ogee profile and a 100mm x 150mm industrial ogee profile gutter. Gutters are pre painted and available in six colours: White, Ivory, Brown, Green, Potters clay, Charcoal.
Seamless Colourlume Gutters
The standard range of seamless gutters include 85mm x 125mm domestic ogee profile and a 100mm x 150mm industrial ogee profile gutter. Gutters are pre painted and available in 15 colours: Kalahari Tan, Wheat, Gemsbok sand, African cream, Tuscan clay, Cape red, Safari brown, Black, Bronze, Colonial green, Attol green, Azure blue, Armour grey, Charcoal, Silver white.
Down Pipes
We install fluted rectangular down pipes in both aluminium and colorlume, depending on which installation the customer prefer.
Domestic: 50mm x 75mm
Industrial: 75mm x 100mm
Seamless Aluminium Industrial Box Gutters
Box gutters are manufactured by the clients specifications, either in 2,4m lengths or seamless depending on the installation.
Fascia and Barge Boards
We install fibre cement fascia and Barge Boards. Rotten wood are inspected and replaced before installing fascia and Barge Boards to ensure the longest life span on our products.
The comprehensive range of Nutec Fascia and Barge Boards have been designed to suit virtually any roof, whether slates, tiles or sheeting. They provide a functional finish by protecting the underlying timber structure from the elements, as well as adding visual impact to the building. Nutec Fascia and Barge Boards are ideal to cover up or replace weathered or rotten timber fascias and boards on old buildings.
In high wind areas barge boards form an important component of the roof structure, as they protect slates or tiles from being dislodged by the wind at the gable ends.
Roof Buddies
The new Roof Buddy Tile effectively replaces existing building products such as fibber cement barge board and loose concrete tiles,which are costly,labour intensive,fragile and unattractive.
As well as being aesthetically pleasing,the “Roof Buddy” design waterproofs the edges of your roof and can be painted any colour.
Roof Spray
Before painting a roof the preparation is the most important step if this is done correctly the coating will last. We start by cleaning the roof using high pressure washers then we waterproof the ridge line using fiber seal.
When the preparation is complete we spray on the coating using an airless spray machine which means the roof paint is not thinned at all, giving an superb result.
Seamless Colorlume Barge Boards
Seamless barge boards are roll formed in continuous lengths. Rotten wood are inspected and replaced before installing barge boards to ensure the longest life span on our products. Our barge boards are also made of the same material than our gutters and can therefore be matched to the colour of your seamless gutters.
Seamless barge board are fastened to the projecting gables of a roof to give them strength, protection, and to conceal the otherwise exposed end of the horizontal timbers or purlins of the roof to which they were attached therefore providing as n weather guard for your roof.
